About the Denver Tech Center
The Denver Technological Center, commonly known as the Denver Tech Center or DTC, is one of Colorado's most important business districts. Located in the southeastern portion of the Denver metropolitan area, the DTC spans portions of Greenwood Village and Denver, anchored along the I-25 and I-225 corridors.
Originally developed in the 1970s, the DTC has grown into a thriving hub for technology, telecommunications, financial services, and professional industries. The area supports businesses across technology, telecommunications, financial services and other professional industries.

Aurora
Aurora is a city east of the Denver Tech Center, spanning portions of Arapahoe, Adams and Douglas counties. Its southeastern areas connect to the DTC corridor via I-225 and E-470.

Centennial is a city in Arapahoe County south of the Denver Tech Center, incorporated in 2001. The city connects to the DTC corridor via I-25 and RTD light rail.

Greenwood Village
Greenwood Village is a city in Arapahoe County that encompasses much of the Denver Tech Center. The city includes residential areas, office corridors and parks along the I-25 corridor.
Highlands Ranch
Highlands Ranch is a community in Douglas County south of the Denver Tech Center, with residential neighborhoods and open space. The area connects to the DTC via I-25 and C-470.
Littleton
Littleton is a city west of the Denver Tech Center with municipal boundaries in Arapahoe, Jefferson and Douglas counties. Its historic downtown is centered along Main Street near the South Platte River.
Lone Tree
Lone Tree is a city in Douglas County south of the Denver Tech Center. The city is served by RTD light rail and sits along the I-25 corridor near Park Meadows Mall.
Parker
Parker is a town in Douglas County southeast of the Denver Tech Center. The town has a downtown area along Mainstreet and connects to the DTC corridor via E-470 and Parker Road.
